New Cash Securities Accounts and Margin Securities Accounts opened during the promotion period will receive e-coupons on the next business day following successful account opening, and so on, for a total value of HKD 1,500 commission e-coupons, HKD 500 IPO subscription fee e-coupons, HKD 1,000 global equities commission e-coupons, HKD 2,000 local futures commission e-coupons, USD 200 global futures commission e-coupons, HKD 2,000 options commission e-coupons, HKD 5,000 fund subscription fee e-coupons, HKD 5,000 bond handling fee e-coupons, HKD 6,000 interest e-coupons, RMB 2,000 interest e-coupons, and JPY 40,000 interest e-coupons. The above e-coupons are valid for 3 months.
Newly opened Cash Securities Accounts will not receive margin interest e-coupons. Upgrading from a Cash Account to a Margin Financing Account will entitle the client to receive the full set of e-coupons once again.
Regarding commission e-coupons: A maximum of one coupon may be used per transaction.
Regarding HKD interest e-coupons: Two e-coupons worth HKD 3,000 each may be used to offset 20% of the monthly HKD interest amount on local stocks; valid for 3 months, with a maximum of one coupon usable per month.
Regarding RMB interest e-coupons: Two e-coupons equivalent to HKD 1,000 each may be used to offset 20% of the monthly RMB interest amount on local stocks. Each coupon provides a rebate of up to HKD 1,000 equivalent. Valid for 3 months, with a maximum of one coupon usable per month.
Regarding JPY interest e-coupons: Two e-coupons worth JPY 20,000 each may be used to offset 20% of the monthly interest amount; valid for 3 months, with a maximum of one coupon usable per month.
E-coupons may only be used to offset margin financing interest, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other discount or offer. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

Zero-Commission Trading Across a Wide Range of Products
1. Can USD e-coupons be used to offset non-USD financing interest?
No.
2. If my USD loan interest is lower than the coupon's face value, can the unused balance be carried forward to the next month?
No.
3. Can more than one e-coupon be used for redemption or offsetting an amount?
Only one commission e-coupon may be used per transaction; only one interest e-coupon may be used per month to offset the previous month's financing interest charges. Please select a coupon with an appropriate denomination for the offset.
4. Can e-coupons be transferred to my friends or family?
No.
*The stock margin ratio/margin value is for reference only. The Company reserves the right to offer a different margin ratio based on individual client account circumstances. The Company may also adjust the ratio at any time in response to market conditions or company-specific factors.
Clients must submit proof of deposit to the Company to confirm that the funds originate from the client's own bank account. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to, bank statements, cheque images, and online banking screenshots. Until the client provides the relevant proof of deposit, the deposit will only be considered as received on the day such proof is submitted. The cut-off time for accepting proof of deposit is 4:00pm daily; any proof received after 4:00pm will be treated as a deposit made on the next business day. Before proof of deposit is submitted, the deposit will be considered "unposted", and the client will therefore be liable for any related interest, commission calculations, penalties, and other charges arising from the "posting" of the deposit.
