(1) All promotions are applicable to online trading and E-statement clients only.

(2) Covered Put trading is currently available only on specific Phillip Securities trading platforms (OATS and POEMS)

(3) The latest online trading brokerage applies to all clients opening a Hong Kong stock options account from 1 July 2025 only.

(4) For the old fees, please refer to >Old Fees Table<.

(5) Clients who are charged the new commission fee will not be eligible for the current promotional offers, including but not limited to day trade, long contracts promotion, and 1 million AUM promotion.

(6) Commission of covered orders will be collected in advance and rebate to stock option account within the first 5 working days of next month.
