中美貿易爭端緩和,豪華汽車經銷商市場迎來資金關注

12月初,在G20峰會進行中,中美雙方終于宣布,停止升級關稅等貿易限制措施,包括不再提高現有的關稅稅率,及不對其他商品出臺新的加征關稅。

雙方的聲明顯示,美表示暫不實施對華2000億美元商品加征25%關稅,中國同意從美國進口大量農産品、能源、工業品,中美同意將對强制技術轉讓、知識産權保護、非關稅壁壘、網絡入侵和網絡盜竊,服務與農業等問題展開協商。若在90天內無法達成一致,則10%的關稅仍將升至25%。

另外,美方還表示中方已同意對美輸入中國的汽車降低或取消進口關稅。今年7月1日起,中國主動將進口汽車關稅從25%降至15%,但是受中美貿易摩擦加劇影響,自7月6日起,中方對自美進口汽車,在15%稅率的基礎上加征了25%的關稅,合計稅率達到了40%。

據統計,2017年中國進口的汽車中,來自美國的至少占了五分之一,2017 年中國總進口汽車 125 萬台,其中自美國的28 萬台。40%的進口稅率不僅影響了美系車如特斯拉,福特,更影響到了美國生産出口中國的德系車,其中寶馬,奔馳占其中主要份額。比如奔馳的GLS、GLE、GLECoupe,寶馬的X4、X5、X6、X7,福特Mustang、探險者、F-150等車型,特斯拉全系車型。如果下調關稅,這些進口豪華車在華售價將大大降低,利好國內進口豪華車經銷商集團。我們建議關注港股的中升集團,永達汽車,廣匯寶信,正通汽車,A股的國機汽車,廣匯汽車。其中,廣匯寶信9月宣布引入恒大集團,有助于减輕資金壓力,中升購買了龐大集團9家優良門店,未來可以特別關注。
